You need to get in touch with support from the registered email address and provide the following;


1) Proof of ID (accepted are passport, national ID cards or European driving licenses)


2) Indicate which your main account is (username or unique identifier code)


1 is requested when we see that users have not entered their real names by using aliases or shortenings of their real names.


2 is requested as well as per our terms double or multiple registrations are not permitted.


It is the users responsibility to get in touch with us in order to re-activate the account. It will otherwise remain locked until our requests are complied with.
