This happens because you have not sent the exact amount crypto requested.

When this happens we need to manually process the amount received this can take unto 24 hours for us to do and also means we will consider the amount in € received at time of processing which can be either higher or lower.

To make sure the transaction passes as fast as possible, do please send even a tiny bit more just to make sure it doesn't have to be manually processed.
